• Several exciting news items from the February meeting of the Association's board of directors.

Fleet 27 (Klamath, OR) is reactivating!  Fleet 27 sails on Klamath Lake in Southern Oregon, primarily from Klamath Yacht Club near the southern end of the lake.  One or their main events each year is the Firecracker Regatta - which is scheduled for July 3-4 in 2010.  We look forward to seeing Santana's racing again on the lake.

The Seattle and San Diego NOOD regattas will also serve as Santana 20 Regional Championships!

Fleet 12 is happy to invite the Santana 20 class for superb sailing on majestic Huntington Lake, CA. July 19-22.  Huntington Lake is located in the High Sierra Mountains of California at 7,000 ft near Fresno and is known for its breeze which you can set your watch to. The location offers accommodations at nearby campgrounds or lakeside cabins -- there is something for everyone. In addition to Championships, racers can tune up at the High Sierra Regatta is July 17-18, so you can enjoy 6 days of sailing and racing – or take some time and explore the surrounding mountains and wilderness.  More...
