46th Annual Camellia Cup Regatta
April 14 & 15, 2012

The 2012 winner of the Folsom Lake Yacht Club Camellia Cup trophy is Mark Erdrich with his crew of Austin Quilty and Dave Kerner on their Santana 20 Fusion. Team Fusion also won the Santana 20 class trophy and the Keel Boat perpetual trophy this year. Competition was tight with a 9 boat fleet of all local Santana 20’s. The race committee was able to get in 5 races over the two day event and all of the S20 owners were excited to see such a good turn out along with good weather. Folsom Lake Yacht Club’s 46th Annual Camellia Cup Regatta to be held April 14 & 15
The Folsom Lake Yacht Club, Fleet 12 and the Regatta Sponsors invite all sailors and their families to the 46th Annual Camellia Cup Regatta at Folsom Lake. The Camellia Cup is one of the major regattas of the sailing season on Folsom Lake.

Make it a full weekend and join us for two short practice races Friday afternoon. The registration committee will also be at Regatta Headquarters on Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. to assist you. Due to the enduring success of the Saturday night dinner, the tradition will continue this year. If you can’t join us for the regatta, join us for the dinner.
Boats travelling to the area are also invited to participate in the Trans-Folsom Regatta on April 28th. The Trans-Folsom Regatta is a 22 mile pursuit race around Folsom Lake.
We have a local fleet of 10 Santana 20’s participating in both events and would welcome anyone interested in travelling to join us.
